Question # 13. Do you find that startups and influencers play a role in them seeking private label, unbranded, or blank activewear manufacturers?

Thales. When we say blank activewear or white labeling, which is something CajuBrasil offers, do you think that the selfie movement is playing a big role in them wanting their brand to be associated with the product, their name, or image?
Renata. Yeah, we receive a lot of customers with that desire, that dream, and we think it’s really nice, you know, to go after your project, your dream and to have your name and what you have always wanted. So thinking about what our customers want, we created a separate family from our catalog to offer something to these customers. We believe it’s really nice to combine the two because when we think of a brand, it’s hard to create a concept, brand knowledge, and factor in costs. You need to invest a lot of time and money to make your brand be known. So besides what we offer our customers, we encourage them to combine the two. We have a lot of experience with designing and developing models and creating content and material our customers can use to succeed. We suggest they combine the two. Yes, let’s go over and produce some pieces and add your name and you can also combine some pieces from CajuBrasil, that way you can just promote and start selling. So you combine the two things.
Thales. Well said. CajuBrasil is without a doubt one of the biggest up-and-coming global fitness brands in the world. I’ve mentioned this before, but I think it’s not just something I believe but something our customers are telling us too, many of them are repeat customers and the feedback we get back from is just incredible. So, yes, they should try and align the CajuBrasil brand with their business and definitely start off with CajuBrasil to begin with to see the quality, fit, and so forth. And many have and ended up staying with CajuBrasil but certainly, the option for private labeling is there in the background. But, as Renata said, we always encourage some combination or at least, definitely begin with Cajubrasil before considering private labeling because it costs more. The minimum quantities are higher and the whole development and turnaround is longer.
Renata. I think we have mentioned a lot of things, how we work, what we want, and how we want to help our customers. We want to always create this partnership. As I have mentioned, we have the culture inside the company of being careful. We want to care for those who are inside the company and outside the company, to have a relationship with everyone. So this question is really nice and I think it’s really important so they understanding and sense the spirit of the company, you know, the idea of the brand.
